Thirty years ago, when some of us were just being born into the animal defense realm (see About Us), finding media-friendly articles about the plight of animals was as difficult as finding a specific needle in a stack of needles. But times have changed — thankfully! Today, the media abounds with news, commentary, essays and more about animals and what people can do to help.

Because there is SO much media exposure for animals, we only list articles for three months, after which time they will no longer be accessible from this site.

And please consider writing letters and sending feedback to the appropriate sources. It is important that we let the media know how much we appreciate their coverage! Simply find the article's home page, search for a 'Contact Us' or 'Feedback' form, and let your views be known. You may also find leads in our Resources and Links sections.
